How it works

Tips on how to make the process as smooth as possible

  • Enquire/receive an information pack.
  • Book an onsite meeting. Our licensed builder will visit you at your home to discuss what you want to achieve. We will also provide you with information on where your services are located and any Council requirements to provide peace of mind and ensure the process of getting a pool is a smooth one.
  • Choose your crane company(if required). We partner with several reputable crane companies and can provide you with recommendations.
  • Change to Organise and book in other required trades. You will need an electrician and a fencer and may also want a carpenter, concretor or landscaper. Don’t panic if you don’t know who, we can recommend reputable companies to you.
  • Building approval is completed. Our expert team make your life easy by managing this process for you. A copy of the completed approval is sent to you by the Certifier.
  • Your pool is built to your specifications. Our team work hard behind the scenes to build your dream pool while you relax and dream of swimming.

  • DAY 1 - SITE PREPARATION - Earthworks are completed and the base for the pool is prepared. Pool equipment is installed.
  • DAY 2 - POOL DAY! The pool arrives, is craned into place, plumbed and backfilled. A temporary pool fence is placed around the pool and Certified. The pool is then filled with water, turned on, an instructional handover is completed and now it’s time to swim!

  • Have your permanent pool fence installed and any landscaping completed.
  • Once the permanent pool fence has been installed, organise a final inspection with the Certifier to finalise your building approval (there is no additional cost for this, it is included as part of your building approval).
  • Sit back, relax and go plunge.
